Mr Tony Cunningham - Managing Director, Co-Founder.
	Tony has had an unusually diverse career, from Electrical engineering in the 60's and 70's on such major projects as the Snowy Mountains Hydro-Electric scheme plus the New Melbourne Arts Centre and the, then new, AMP Tower. Tony has also built and maintained High Frequency Plastronic Welders and early industrial Microwave cooking equipment plus a term with one of the worlds largest chemical companies building and maintaining batching equipment for the concrete industry. Projects then included high rise city building concrete pumping and the Melbourne Underground Rail Loop. His recent career has been mainly concentrated in the Business Equipment Industry, setting up several service based companies, some of which he owned. He has a very lateral approach to the Internet and is excited by its many, as yet largely unrealised benefits. He is a firm believer in people as a company's most valuable asset. He has also assisted in the products functional development.

Mr Andrew Cunningham - Chief Technical Officer, Co-Founder.
	Andrew has a background mainly focused on IT solutions in a marketing environment. Andrew and Tony were responsible for building "Applied Internet Marketing Solutions" (AIMS), a corporate Web-Site development company, writing approximately 40 Corporate Web Sites in as many industries. It was from this background that the need for an application like AVNotes emerged. Andrew is the key architect of AVNotes.com and not only understands the technology, but its implementation into a corporate environment.

Mr Sergio Poldi : B.ElectEng, MBA - Strategic Operations and Implementation.
	We are happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Serge Poldi as Operations Manager. Until recently Serge was National Operations Manager of Alphawest 6 (a Solution 6 company), and now brings his tremendous experience to the AVNotes group. Serge will oversee the installation and delivery of the product into our reseller network. His belief in the AVNotes system has also prompted him to take an equity in the company. Among other accreditations, Serge is a: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Cicso Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). Cicso Certified Design Associate (CCDA).

Mr Michael J. Holmes - Channels Manager.
	Michael has a vast experience of Sales, Marketing and Management oriented roles. Michael has operated in a host of different countries and has earned a diverse understanding of different cultures and how that relates to successful business outcomes. Most recently, Michael has been responsible for sales volumes in the USD tens of millions with Nortel Networks in the USA, Australia and China.

Ms Beverley Fairless - Training and Administration Manager.
	Bevs appointment to AVNotes.com is due mainly to her wealth of knowledge in the field of training and teaching. Beverley has spent considerable time overseas, mainly England, teaching and training in the private education system at the highest levels. Bev was invited to travel due to her professional approach and exemplary track record as a teacher and trainer. It is with this background that Bev has been welcomed to the AVNotes family. Bev's role also see's her overlooking the creation and ongoing process of AVNotes Training and How To guide's. In addition to her integral Training position within the company, Bev is also the key administration officer for our Queensland office.

Dr Jeff N.N Truyen. BEE, M.eng,Sc, PhD, SMIREE (Aust) - Communications Advisor.
	Jeff is an Associate Professor of Communications at the School of Communications and Informatics at Victoria University of Technology. Jeff has been a keynote speaker for such companies as; Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Telstra Australia & Optus Australia. During his thirty year association with Victoria University, Jeff has acquired a vast knowledge of communications as a science and shares that knowledge with the management team as required. Jeff also holds equity in the company.

The Development Team
	The development team are quite diverse in ability and represent a number of cultural and religious communities. This multicultural blend is essential in today's InfoTech market as the internet has no geographic boundaries. AVNotes has recently exhibited to such diverse groups as Latin American and Polish trade delegations. Although the responsibility for language and cultural content in AVNotes rollouts is usually handled by the relevant global partner, the company can assist with most of these features. The development team are of course able to write most modern software languages and can interface with most proprietary code systems. Custom modification made simple as each client has its own separate database.
