These Terms Of Use are valid for all AVNotes.com user accounts. All persons (including companies, staff, employee's and third party persons) using the AVNotes.com website on either, any or all of the three account types above do so after reading and understanding these Terms Of Use.

AVNotes.com is owned and managed by AVNotes.com Pty Ltd A.C.N 079 112 972. Your access to the AVNotes.com services are conditional upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers. AVNotes.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

By becoming a member of AVNotes.com you agree to provide us with accurate, correct and up to date information about yourself. You agree to update any personal information required to provide you with services (for example change of E-mail or postal address).

Please note, we may suspend your membership if you do not provide us with true, correct and current information.

Please ensure your account details (User ID, Company ID and Password) are kept confidential at all times. AVNotes.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage that arises from unauthorised use of your account details. If you believe that another person has access to your account please notify us on (Australia) 1800 66 44 22 immediately.

You may terminate your membership at any time by sending us an E-mail at terminate@avnotes.com. Termination will take place upon receipt of the E-mail. We may terminate your membership (without notice) if you abuse any member privileges, provide misleading information, or you do not use our site in a six (6) month period (unless you provide E-mail advise prior).

The AVNotes.com web site contains hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. These linked websites are not under the control of AVNotes.com and AVNotes.com is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. At the time of linking, we assure that these sites are safe and stable, however, your use of these websites is at your own risk. Our website also contains third party advertisements which contain embedded hyperlinks. The privacy policy below explains in detail how we collect and use information about our users. We take your privacy very seriously. We will not rent, sell, or loan any information about you. We only provide information in aggregate to our advertisers; never individual information. Your Confidential Information is safe with AVNotes.com.

Registration Data

This data is analyzed and presented as appropriate to third parties such as advertisers only in an aggregate form, primarily for the purpose of supporting the free provision of content and services at AVNotes.com via the most appropriate and relevant advertising messaging possible. Select partners, such as Connect.com.au, who provide individualised services to AVNotes.com users receive individual data as necessary to provide their services and only when such data is provided directly by our users. AVNotes.com, and said partners, may only disclose to other third parties certain aggregate information contained in users' registration applications. Usage Data (logs)

We gather and analyse users' current Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, an address typically assigned to individual browsers by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), to help with a variety of site management issues as well as initiating our IP to IP Audio Visual Conferencing function. For example, we use log data to:

* diagnose problems with our server,
* evaluate the sources of our user traffic (ie. where site visitors clicked from to reach us),
* determine traffic patterns through our site (to build better internal links and improve your ability to find what you want),
* understand and optimize our site for the broadest selection of browser types (again, to improve your experience)

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to improve our general recognition of repeat visitors and to simplify your experience while you're visiting us. Cookies are electronic "tags" we place on your browser to help our servers recognize you; while you're on our site, cookies help insure things like:

* you don't see the same electronic advertisements repeatedly,
